Term Project Presentation
My presentation topic was an analysis on eBay and was presented on May 8, 2008. My presentation covered on things such as what is eBay, some recent changes on eBay, the eBay strike, the advantages and disadvantages of eBay, the positive and negative aspects of eBay on society, and the future of the this company. Feel free to leave any types of comment as I know that I mess up a lot and left off a lot of information and didn't do such a good analysis at all.

Hello Amy,
I thought your presentation on EBay was really interesting. It was interesting to learn about the changes EBay was making in how the site will operate, as well as how users of EBay have responded to these changes with a strike.

I learned a lot from your presentation on Ebay. I never knew of the changes that they were making and I must say that it doesn't seem like the users are going to be too pleased. That is also evident with the Ebay strike you discussed. It's such a huge site with millions of customers and to make such drastic changes might have pretty big consequences.

The presentation was interesting to me since I never really used EBay myself, but quite a number of my friends use it. I have been hearing lots of stories about how eBay changed as of late. It is quite interesting how big the implemented changes were. It seemed to be a bad decision on eBay�s part, since most of the changes did bring much of grief than anything else to the community.

ebay itself is a famous site that we should all know. too know bout the strikes happening was very interesting cause i didnt know they would actually do that.the fee arrangments are outrageous and thats because my friend got into a screw up with it when he use to do a job selling stuff on ebay. it can be very disastrious in a sense.it was interesting to know the facts with ebay. the presentation was good.
i think your presentation was good and better than you think. i feel the same as you because i feel like i messed up and didn't do a good analysis too but you always have to think positively and taking that first step is the most important part of being better at something. the next time u present, you'll be better at it. that's how we all learn, from mistakes and experiencing.

I use Ebay frequently, and I thought that I knew everything there is to know about it. You proved me wrong. Not only did you provide great information about the comapny itself, but you also included the Ebay strike and other isues with this dominant online auction site. You have good sources and kept your presentation to the point. Great work!!!
